The public comment period for the January 31, 2020, proposed rule closed on March 31, 2020. This manufactured home IS NOT designed to accommodate the additional loads imposed by the attachment of an attached accessory building or structure in accordance with the manufacturer installation instructions. HUD disagreed with the comment suggesting that the definition of accessory building or structure is too broad.
